Upload audio error code 413?

Hello, I keep getting this error code on several files.  However, there are several that I can upload with no problem.  I found an older thread that contained several steps to follow.  I followed those.  I installed a few other browsers and still no luck. Here is what I'm seeing- Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
