Cannot Find Character Sheets

Hello, I am attempting to use Roll20 again after many years. I chose a character sheet for my players to use when I created the game, but neither I nor my players can find where they can input their characters into the sheet. I also cannot figure out how to create NPCs or add new monsters. None of the FYI or wiki entries tell you where to find things...

I have done that, thank you. I discovered the character sheet under the Add button in the Journal tab and created characters for my players, as well as making them available to my players for editing. Hopefully that will let them fill their characters out.
