I was wondering if you could give me a list of API scripts you use in your D&D 5e games? I am currently running the character sheets created by the charactermancer. I am a little lost as to what to add! I am very excited to upgrade to being a pro user and to utilize these in my games but have no real starting point!

For me, the essential APIs for D&D 5e are: 5th Edition OGL by Roll20 Companion ChatSetAttr TokenMod There are loads of other good ones that add bells and quality of life improvements, but these 3 will add comprehensive tools for your games. They're well-written and supported, and you'll find tons of use-cases in the forums.

What Chris says. (2) and (3) are kits for building whole systems of specialized tools. They are supremely useful. (1) should be whatever companion script your sheet uses (if any).
