Token Size

Hi all, I created a new game and have some players. In this game, for some reason, everytime a character gets dragged to the screen, it is super small. The GM has to zoom way in and expand it to gird size. Anyone know what setting I may have messed up?
Hey! I know this one! Size the token the size that you want. Then, open the character screen. Remove the current token that is there. Associate the new token with the character in the character screen. If you make any changes to the token, like sizing it, adding numbers to the bubbles, or anything else, you need to re-associate it with the character to "save" the changes.

Awesome Jim C.! Here's a help article that might clear things up and refine your understanding of how this works. It's a little non-intuitive and gives many people problems (I think it took me 6 months to really get it when I started!) https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039715593-Linking-Tokens-to-Journals

I will add one more thing here. Be sure to set up your tokens on a map page that is the default grid size. Tokens should scale to the grid size of each new map they are dropped onto, but that seems to not be reliable if you initially set up your tokens on a map with grid size set to .5 (or anything other than the default). I tend to create a blank page (no map at all) to set up my tokens just to be sure I'm not setting them up on an odd scale.
Aha its the Kraynic one ! Thanks guys, our maps are different scales, so it must be that. Thanks, for all the help guys.
