Cannot Drag & Drop from compendium and cannot Duplicate character sheets

When I try to drag and drop from the compendium to a character sheet the cursor becomes a circle with a slash through it, as if prohibiting the action. I never get to the prompt about "accepting drop from compendium" interesting I also cannot duplicate character sheets. The button responds but nothing occurs. Using Roll20 5E Sheet. Followed all the steps to clear cache, tried different browsers, different computers/devices and even created a new game to try it out. It remains the same. Players for my game were able to Drag and Drop spells and items.  Any idea on what might be causing this? I have had no luck with forums and searches.

Figured out the compendium issue, I was dragging from the selection/article that you get when you click in the compendium (ex. search weapons and open weapons list and descriptions from compendium and attempting to drag hyperlinked name into the sheet)  I now know you have to search the specific item or spell in the compendium and drag the result name into the sheet. I am however still unable to duplicate a character sheet and do not know why?
