Same thing here
Well at least I know I’m not the only one I can’t seem find any recent issues of this all the other ones say like 4 years ago
Also how long till someone comes to assist is it a long time here?
In fact, Jordan, this problem has been going on since Wednesday. They are still trying to fix it, apparently. There are some recent threads talking about it.
Oh really cool maybe it’ll be fixed soon thank you for the info

Several things going on here. There are two ways to access Roll20 on mobile devices: The Roll20 App This only gives access to sheets, chat, die roller, and handouts. It is meant to be a play aid, not a way to use Roll20 in full. This is currently very buggy on iPad and frequently doesn't load at all. Years ago there was a functioning App, then Apple changed its policies on what was an acceptable build for the App Store (basically, no Web Apps). There have been attempts to rebuild the app since then, but it is still extremely buggy. The ground up rebuild is what is currently in active development. Table on Tablet This is the ability to launch a game with full capability from a tablet device (phones are not supported or recommended, but may work). This is a subscription perk. It by and large works, though the touch interface is not as robust as the desktop interface.
So I have to pay to use the device of my choice?

If your device of choice is a tablet, yes.
Interesting thanks for the help

No worries! If you want more info, here's the relevant winks from the wiki: Roll20 for iPad and Android , the free native applications with player-focused elements like character sheets and dice rolling or Roll20 Table on Tablet Support , a  Plus   subscription feature which grants access to the whole of the Roll20 virtual tabletop via supported mobile browsers.
