Missing options in charactermancer creation

I have a player who when he logs into roll20 and goes to make a PC using charactermancer when choosing class or background all he sees is (SRD) content, for ex, on the cleric class all he sees is the life domain and acolyte background.  It's not a case of me missing compendiums, I have PHB and Xthrs purchased, and the other players are able to see all choices. Tried clearing his browsers' cache etc, and still only seeing SRD content.

no I didn't, but none of the PC's had problems in choosing classes/subclasses, and they're free to play

If they own any compendium materials, they would have access to them regardless of subscription level.&nbsp; You always have access to your own paid compendium content regardless of the game you are in.
