My maps appear TINY

So I have made a map on photoshop, of which I know the exact dimensions. I made a map to have these exact dimensions. However, when I upload the map into my game and alt-drag it on to my map layer, it appears tiny and so pixelated, that when I enlarge it to fit the screen it is far too pixelated for use. Any ideas what is going on here?

Roll20 automatically processes images in several different sizes. The only thing I can guess is whatever process youre using is causing it to use one of the lower resolution images. Try starting from scratch: Does this happen if you switch to the map layer, and then drag it from your desktop to the map and upload it that way? Then its straight on the map layer form the get go.
Okay, so I have tried what you suggested, and I am faced with the same problem. I did try uploading an image that was 10x bigger dimension-wise and it came out the same size as the smaller one after being uploaded.

I know some people have reported similar problems in the past but i dont know what the solution was. Maybe search the forums for similar threads. In the meantime, can you upload the image to imgur from your desktop and link it here?
I'll give the forums a search. Here's the link for you - https://imgur.com/HZCk9LX It is part of the death house campaign, and it is 2643x4282 px
