Character Creation - Charactermancer Freezes

While creating a new character, I can get all the way through the application, but then it fails to properly complete. The red bar is JUST about full, when it hangs-up. I'm using the newest version of CHROME. I've attached a screen shot. Also, I can close that process, then open the character sheet. The background options will be blank, and not all of proficincies are marked by my previous choices. I've also included a screen shot of how this looks. Is this a known CHROME issue? Thank you!

You have the character sheet popped out in its own browser window, and this often causes problems with many Roll20 features, including the Charactermancer. Turn off the setting under the Gear icon on the right-hand pane and launch the Charactermancer again.

I do have it popped-out. OK, I'll try that and see if it fixes the issue/s. Thanks for the prompt reply!
