Pathfinder Second Edition Character Art Pack seems to be a bad link or am I just doing something wrong?

Hi everyone, so I was just browsing through the marketplace offerings and came across this : https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/4223/pathfinder-second-edition-character-art-pack . However, it say it is free (which is great) but when you click on the link it says you must launch a game (not your current one) to access them, You can type the details in to the art library search but even though it says it's free they are listed as premiums and unable to be used. Even when you click on the in library menu for the option to "purchase" them, it just launches a new game window and prompts you to create a new session. Am I just being awkward or is this just a bad link and needs to be highlighted? Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions!
In any game, go to your Art Library in the right-hand pane. Then click Premium Assets , click Free Assets , scroll down to Pathfinder Second Edition Character Art Pack .
Thank you! I knew I was doing something wrong!
