Is there a way to edit (thru maybe ability tab)/ enter missing feature/trait/attributes?

We are playing semi vanilla and are importing from D&D Beyond manually as it is. Using the 5eDo we stay handicapped and half to do complicated half manual and half player cs for EVERY encounter.. or or GM have to step up learning curve for site to make custom sheets for ALL of us?? In my case 1/2 Elf Sorcerer, Draconic Bloodline, Noble:retainer . Adding other passives, senses, bonuses seems tricky. But I am old schooler pre 4e coming to online play.

You won't be able to add attributes that interact with the character sheet, but you can add attributes that can be referenced from tokens and macros like they're on a character sheet. I'm not a D&D player, and I'm not sure exactly what kind of behavior you're hoping for here.

In the Attributes & Abilities tab, you can use the Add button in the left column to add an attribute, giving it a name and a value. As you might surmise by looking at the list, a character sheet is mostly just a fancy display and auto-calculations for this list of Attributes.

If all you need is a place to write down and reference these traits, it might be better to use the Info tab instead.

You can add features and traits on the 5E sheet.  There is an add button in that portion of the character sheet.  Adding them there makes them easy to display in chat for reference.  Depending on what those are giving you, there are a lot of options in the configuration tab (the cog in the little line of tabs).

Be sure you are making use of the sheet features before you go making custom attributes.  If you haven't checked out the info page on the sheet, you (and anyone else playing) might want to do so.

Thank you for your replies. I was mostly just looking for way to enter a calculation/displayed traits/advantages for racial/class passives  and resistances other than just passive perception. It is relaxed GMs currently so will just do with added traits section
