Hey Guys, quick question and possibly a nooby one. Can only a DM or co-DM create rollable tables? i'm currently playing in a game and wanted to create some random choice word strings for verbal components for spells, but can't seem to add any rollable tables. I was able to do this in an old game that i used to run, but not in the new game where i'm a player. Cheers in advance for any advice.
