Editing token as DM bugs the token

So me and my friend were testing some stuff but while testing we ran into a problem my friend (who was the DM) tried too edit the tokens but the changes never appeared for me and when she went too move them i didnt see this happening either but when i did it with characters i controlled everything was fine she saw the changes i made and saw them move. So I decided too try this on a campaign i had made and ran into the exact same problem after i went into the editing menu too change the maximum hp for example the changes didnt register for her and she also couldnt see them move too the places i moved them too. We tried looking for a way too fix this but nothing has helped soo far. So we would apriciate any help thank you in advance. Update: The problem seems too occur as soon as the DM tries too save the changes on the character. (the DM giving themself the permision too edit did not seem too help)
Same problem here, edit the HP of a token, then my player moves it and the hp bar dissapears, same when reloading the page
Same to me. Any solution?
Ditto here.
Happened to me as well. Added an aura to a few tokens to try and demonstrate threatened squares. I could see them moving but my players couldn't. Don't know what's wrong.

Check the NPC permissions in the journal. This was happening to us when permissions were empty. DM changed it so that monsters could be seen and edited by him (instead of having empty fields, as default), and everything started working. It explains why players can change their characters (players are given permissions for that sheet) and DMs are having trouble doing so.
Hey folks -  We're currently investigating this issue and working on a resolution. However, to best organize and consolidate information, we would ask that all further communications be directed to the main thread for this problem,  seen here.  As such, I'm going to go ahead and close this post. Thank you!
