Keep getting an endless loading screen

A player in my game keeps getting an endless loading screen every time they try to get into our game. The weird thing is that he was able to get into the game no problem last night. Now, his computer is quite old, so he is using the latest version of Chrome that his OS would allow him to use, but again, he was able to get on an play last night just fine. His computer didn't do any updates between last night and today, however we still had him clear all his cache and turn off all his add-ons/extensions and restart his computer, but he still gets the endless loading screen. His computer is too old where he can't even download any version of Firefox to try that. I know there was an update for dynamic lighting that you guys supposedly did last night. Could that have something to do with it, or can you think of anything else that we could try? This is very frustrating that it worked just fine last night and nothing changed on his end in less than 12 hours, and all the other players can load into the game just fine.

Hello. Same bug over here. My computer is quite new. I ran a r20 game last night and it worked just fine. I ran it on Edge (yeah i know…). Right now it doesn t work anymore. I'm on loading screen forever. But, it works on chrome… For now. I've got the same bug on Firefox.
I'm getting a endless loading screen every time I try to log in also. This was working just 2 days ago. This is not an old computer, it's closer to bleeding edge than anything else - I too am really frustrated by this as well, and please do not suggest something stupid like: "Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. " - cause that is just inviting problems. It is not working Edge, it is working on Chrome (but scan is show roll20 to be a bad website) … so something is wrong on you end of things right now.
I'm getting this problem as well. Been working fine for weeks and now I suddenly can't load a game. Also using Edge.
Solved the issue by downloading the newest version of Edge. Loads fine now for me so might be worth it for anyone else using Edge who's having the same problem.

If it works, good! Keep in mind that Chrome and Firefox are the only officially supported browsers.
hi all, same problem on the latest browsers available for windows xp 32-bit: Firefox 52.9.0ESR and Chrome 49.0.2623.112. Worked fine 2 days ago. Mat

As I wrote in the other post, it can be that it has a problem with the Dynamic Lightning advertisement above the Roll20 logo. In Opera which I installed now, this advertisment does not show up and the maps load correctly and it does not stuck in Loading screen as with Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
same here just getting a loading screen over a day now
Greetings everyone, Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) If you need additional information on how to capture a console log we have additional information here: Submitting a Console Log in Firefox ( https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040673814-Submitting-a-Console-Log-in-Firefox ) Submitting a Console Log in Chrome ( https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040673774-Submitting-a-Console-Log-in-Chrome ) Thank you!
