Allow common GMs to copy/paste from a table into a table

I have a hard time thinking this has not already been posted but I didn't see it. I want to be able to copy from an excel sheet into a table in order to generate tables quickly instead of doing them one at a time.  I think I saw there is a way to do this with the API and try to code them in but it seems unreasonable for me in order to populate a simple table.
