Campaigns will not load on Mac computer

Hey all, This is about my husbands computer, but I've been trying to solve this for a while because I am slightly more tech-savvy.  The issue he's having is the campaigns won't load on Roll20 on his computer. He has a paid subscription and I don't, so when he tries to launch a campaign it's just stuck on the loading screen forever. For me, it's stuck showing adds forever. He waited three hours or so on our Wednesday game for Roll20 to load, and it simply would not load anything. No chat, no maps, no nothing. It was working perfectly fine for him until our Wednesday game. We game four times a week, and have moved all of our games to Roll20 because, you know, COVID. We've been running things on Roll20 for the last three weeks or so with no issue, so around 12 games, until Wednesday. I've already tried clearing out the cache, and his computer is not running any extensions. I tried on Safari as well, and same deal, nothing loads. He tried restarting his laptop multiple times, he tried deleting and reinstalling Chrome, and I've tried to kill the program and restart it, to no success. It loads perfectly fine on his tablet, though, but his tablet can't do the video or voice, so... Web Browser: Google Chrome Browser Version: 65.0.3325.181 Operating System: Mac OSX 10.9 Mavericks (Software version is 10.9.5) Javascript is enabled I'm not sure about the antivirus software on his computer, sorry.  There are no browser add-ons or extensions.  I went ahead and took a photo of the Console log, because I personally find pictures more helpful. I hope that's okay. Thanks in advance!

If you can update to the very latest version of Chrome, it *should* work. I'm running Vista and my Chrome won't update, so I have to boot up in Ubuntu (or they've patched it for Firefox, for now...).
Hi there, Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, we cannot update my husbands computer to the latest version of Chrome, because his computer is too old to take it. Version 65.0.3325.181 is the latest release his computer can take.
So I (rather painfully) installed Firefox on my husbands computer, and Roll20 seems to be (mostly) working on Firefox! This will work for now.
