Endlessly Looping Music - Yet Jukebox says "Nothing Playing"

In one of my games (and only that game), a single track begins playing and looping endlessly the instant the game loads. There is nothing set to load on that page.  Even worse, if I cue up another list or track, it starts this ghost track as well, forcing the two tracks to play over each other and sounding horrible.  Suffice to say, Jukebox is completely unusable right now. I tried clearing the cache and that didn't do anything. None of my other games are affected as far as I can tell. 

Is it a track listed in Play on Load for a page you are visiting?

Nope, and it does it on every page in the game, even old ones.  But the fact that it automatically starts up every time a new track in a different playlist and loads makes me think there's some bug "ghosting" it into the jukebox somehow

Reloaded again and the looping was back. Very weird!
