API shutting down, won't re-start, or only stays on for short bit

This is happening repeatedly and I can't seem to diagnose why. The account is a Pro account (although I'm posting this through my player account). For some reason, the API shuts off mid-game constantly. Last night we were playing and wow did it mess up gameplay. This has now happened two sessions in a row and now I'm not believing it was just a bad day for the API. <a href="https://share.getcloudapp.com/kpuL1xXx" rel="nofollow">https://share.getcloudapp.com/kpuL1xXx</a> Sometimes it only does what you see in the linked image. Sometimes it will re-start the API but that is only good for maybe an hour or two and then everything will be off again. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm concerned I've done something to make this happen. Like could it be one of the scripts (you can see in the linked image what scripts are running).

My guess would be one of those scripts is erroring out, but it's pretty hard to guess which one. You should be able to figure it out though-&nbsp; it should be based on rolls being made, actions being taken, etc. If you check what each script does (the 5e companion script likely does a lot of things, I dont know that one, but the others seem pretty single purpose and should be easy to tell when youre using them), and when the crash happens, you should be able to narrow it down.

Addendum: does it just shut down without an error? And does it restart itself? If it does either of those cases, I'm not sure whats going on.

It's shutting down without an error. Is there an error log somewhere? I'm not seeing the errors. I also created a game without any scripts and I'm getting the same issue. I can get a re-start but then nothing happens.

The API will shut down when there are no players in the campaign. Obviously that's not the issue with your active game. If its happening in both games when you are in the game, and in one of the games you have no scripts, that's a roll20 issue, not a your-game issue, and you'll need to contact support. You can check the browser console to see if there are any errors: F12 will bring up the browser dev area, and make sure you are on the console tab and see if you can find any errors. There'll be a lot of stuff in there though, it's not always easy to find what you need.
