roll20 stuck on loading

In our group, 3 out of  6 players have the game loading forever. It used to wrok two weeks ago. We have deleted cache and cookies, tried chrome and Firefox. No way. Please help.  Thxs

Chrome :&nbsp;Version 49.0.2623.112 FF :&nbsp;52.9.0 (32-bit) Windows Vista BUT everything worked two weeks ago.
