just started using roll20 and have created some maps ready for my players but last night and today I get as far as the loading page and then it just stays there showing me the different lighting images and nothing else.  my players are getting the same. I live in the UK my laptop to 10months old and fully updated. Is this just an issue due to more people using the system or what?

I just tried to access my games....I am a GM...and nothing will load. I get a the loading screen and nothing after that. I am still using Windows XP and old browsers because I am not rich and my legacy systems have never failed me before. Anyone know what gives all the sudden?

Be sure to use Firefox or Chrome. That screenshot looks like you are using IE or Edge, which are not supported browsers for Roll20.

Hey folks -  We've made a fix for infinite loading in older browsers. Please be advised that all features may not function in these unsupported browsers, but in our testing loading should now resolve.  To keep things consolidated, we would ask that any further issues or communications regarding this be directed to the main thread seen here .
