turn off whisper rolls to gm

i'm the gm and i can't turn off whisper rolls to myself.  i don't see it as an option anywhere to do that.  i open an npc's character sheet, then i click on anything (attack/save/whatever), and every roll whispers back to me.  if i do a straight roll in the chat window (i.e. /roll 1d20), then it shows up as not a whisper.  but one of the big parts of this program is that i get to click buttons.  so, how do i fix it?

Hi p23570, Some sheet's include an option to toggle whispering rolls for pc's and or npc's. Which sheet are you using?

Same issue here.  I've hundreds of hours logged and it's the first time I've had this issue.  I'm using the D&D 5e sheets.  I'm having the trouble w/ the purchased Essentials Kit from Wizards.  I have to go in to every npc sheet and switch it from always whisper rolls to myself.  I've tried changing it in the Game Settings to Never Whisper or Toggle, but it makes no difference. :/. Thanks for any help

There's a bug in the game settings that doesn't recognize "Never Whisper Rolls", possibly because it is trying to write a blank value. The solution is to use  Whisper Toggle. The default is public, so once this is set, all rolls should show. 1) Go to the Campaign Settings Page 2) Choose "Whisper Toggle" under the Default Sheet Settings 3) Save 4) Load your game 5) Go to the settings tab on the right and scroll to the bottom where you will find a button that says Apply Default Settings. Press it. 6) Choose to update the Whisper settings. Wait a minute or two for it to resolve. 7) Have fun!

Go to the game launch page.  The one with the big "Launch Game" button.  To the right of that big pink button there will be other buttons.  One of them will be labeled "Settings".  When you click on that, there will be a list of options.  Among them will be "Game Settings".

Kraynic said: Go to the game launch page.  The one with the big "Launch Game" button.  To the right of that big pink button there will be other buttons.  One of them will be labeled "Settings".  When you click on that, there will be a list of options.  Among them will be "Game Settings". thanks!  i kept launching the game and looking at the settings in game and couldn't find anything.  it was very frustrating.  so anyone as computer illiterate as i am should click on my games, then click on the game title itself (not launch game), then click on game settings from the settings dropdown to the right, then click on default game settings, then scroll down to the character sheet and find something that gives the option about whispering rolls to gm and change that to toggle whisper because never whisper rolls doesn't work. thanks again for the help.
