I have been running curse of Strahd, and suddenly the character token for 1 of my players is unable to be seen. He tried dragging it to the map, nothing. I, the DM, tried dragging it to the map, nothing. 1 of my other players could see all of the tokens we had been putting in the map in our efforts to figure it out, and sent a screenshot to show what she was seeing, but no one else could see it. Anyone know what happened, and how I might fix the issue? I'm attaching bother her image and the one I took a few seconds later to show what she's seeing vs. what I'm seeing (mine also has a few DM hidden tokens as well, but those are expected to be only seen by me until I change the layers).
