Players can't see anything

Me and my friends are trying roll 20 for the first time, and no matter what I do they can't see any tokens or maps. (I'm the dm by the way). We're all using chrome, and tried firefox but that didn't work either. The players can see each other's drawings, but anything I put on the board is invisible to everyone else. I've made sure there's no plug ins interfering, and tried clearing my chrome cash, but nothing works. Any suggestions?
Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) If you need additional information on how to capture a console log we have additional information here:  Submitting a Console Log in Firefox  Submitting a Console Log in Chrome Thank you!

Is it possible you have placed the map and tokens on the GM layer? Have you assigned tokens to the players, and set them to have "have sight"?(Not sure if this is needed for free games that doesn't use Dynamic Lightning or Adavanced Fog of War. Are you the creator of the game, or have some one else created the campaign for you? Can you provide a screenshot of what you see, and what the player sees? Can you give a screenshot of the maps settings?
This seems to be a bug for lots of people. As far as I can tell (Since everyone I have spoken with has tried everything Roll20 has suggested) this is on roll20's end and maybe has to do with their new dynamic lighting, maybe? Or something chrome does not like that they have changed. For now we use Firefox to get around any issues.
