Can't play music on Roll20

Whenever I play songs I have uploaded. About 80% of them do not work. And look like this. As you can guess, this is very frustrating. Anybody know how to fix it?
I am having the same problem. None of the music I uploaded is working. The Roll20 music works fine.
I've been having issues with the jukebox for months, thought it was just me! Got frustrated when they changed all the music before, but I understand why, but now I'm having to look at alternate ways of playing music & ambiance to my players so it doesn't just cut out randomly. Very jarring when in the middle of heated combat or emotional RP!
Hello Kyle, Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser. Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) If you need additional information on how to capture a console log we have additional information here: Submitting a Console Log in Firefox Submitting a Console Log in Chrome Thank you!

Hello-  It looks like you may be trying to play a track from Fanburst, a third-party service which shut down . If that's not the case, please let me know.

I did the fist the trouble shooting steps before I posted my reply. It is still not working. I am very inept at computers so I hope this is the information you need. Also this is only happening on tracks that I uploaded myself to the jukebox.  Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'libreaudio' of undefined     at Object.n.canPlaySound (LibreAudio.js:1)     at 76834680-2552-463a-a41b-048653de3cd3:569     at Array.forEach (<anonymous>)     at Function.C.each.C.forEach (05227384-e0c7-42d8-92fd-ca80b1c6c4e3:6)     at T.i.u.<computed> [as each] (05227384-e0c7-42d8-92fd-ca80b1c6c4e3:7)     at T.i._scanForNewPlays (76834680-2552-463a-a41b-048653de3cd3:569)     at r (05227384-e0c7-42d8-92fd-ca80b1c6c4e3:6) n.canPlaySound @ LibreAudio.js:1 (anonymous) @ 76834680-2552-463a-a41b-048653de3cd3:569 C.each.C.forEach @ 05227384-e0c7-42d8-92fd-ca80b1c6c4e3:6 u.<computed> @ 05227384-e0c7-42d8-92fd-ca80b1c6c4e3:7 _scanForNewPlays @ 76834680-2552-463a-a41b-048653de3cd3:569 r @ 05227384-e0c7-42d8-92fd-ca80b1c6c4e3:6 setTimeout (async) (anonymous) @ 05227384-e0c7-42d8-92fd-ca80b1c6c4e3:6 (anonymous) @ 76834680-2552-463a-a41b-048653de3cd3:569 trigger @ 05227384-e0c7-42d8-92fd-ca80b1c6c4e3:7 _onModelEvent @ 05227384-e0c7-42d8-92fd-ca80b1c6c4e3:7 trigger @ 05227384-e0c7-42d8-92fd-ca80b1c6c4e3:7 change @ 05227384-e0c7-42d8-92fd-ca80b1c6c4e3:7 set @ 05227384-e0c7-42d8-92fd-ca80b1c6c4e3:7 save @ 05227384-e0c7-42d8-92fd-ca80b1c6c4e3:7 play @ 76834680-2552-463a-a41b-048653de3cd3:569 (anonymous) @ 76834680-2552-463a-a41b-048653de3cd3:568 dispatch @ 7e48d1f7-c5be-4146-8a16-f487797fd0c1:3076 elemData.handle @ 7e48d1f7-c5be-4146-8a16-f487797fd0c1:2752 76834680-2552-463a-a41b-048653de3cd3:557 Timeout ref showed error!
