[Weekly Downtime Thread][Winter I 1525 HC][Sessions 163-166]

Please post any of your downtime activities below. You can find the full rules for downtime  here . You can find last week's downtime thread  here. This thread is for the week:  10 April to 12 April, covering sessions 163-166 Always remember to be specific about what downtime action you are taking! If you're leveling up type that in your post labeled as OOC! If you're looking into an item be specific about where that item is from, what mission, when you got it, who from, etc. If you write "I read that book I found" the DM is likely to have no clue what you are talking about. If you are learning a language, or tool make sure to write down how many weeks you have been practicing! This lowers the DC, and gives advantage depending on the number of weeks. Also a reminder that players only get one main downtime action per week.

Drago & Nalu Drago and Nalu spend their time relaxing and enjoying the feast together. Drago wants to see how Nalu doing and asks her if there anything she really wants to do. Places she wants to visit or creatures she wants to see. If might be difficult given how its winter and most places are covered in snow but come the spring Drago says he is there to help her. Drago speaks to Queen Freya about improving his tower, getting approval to change it into a complete sanctuary and what would be required. He has earned a good amount of favor with Hjolvar and sends a letter asking for aid with this project, building materials e.c.t.  Major: Looking to Upgrade Tower, renown with Hjolvar asking for aid. Minon: Bonding with Nalu about what to do next year. Orithar Trisk After hearing the evens than transpired during the Cohort mission for the White witch at the Orog encampment, Orithar summons his servant with a message. Orithar wishes to arrange a meeting with Mistress Syndra, to speak on an offer than would be beneficial. If  Tanarukk  are born from the bodies of Orogs, he could give her an army or perhaps he land in which their tribe is founded is a foothold into the world.  With the message sent, Orithar waits for a reply, spending time researching any known locations of Portals into the shadow realm inside of the Blood Skull Barony. Following rumours of creature sightings and known locations where the ley lines cross over. This would also be mentioned to Syndra during the meeting. Major: Researching know portals into the shadow inside of the Blood Skull Barony.  Minon: Arrange a Meeting with Mistress Syndra.  Fenris Nathair It has been some time since Fenris has returned back to the land of Innishiere. He has not heard much from the land and is happy to return. He will ask the Fairy Princess if she knows of any way of improving his armour, it is after all ironwood or granting it a blessing from the forest. Fenris makes small talk and looks to find out how the land has improved since the war has ended. Offering the branch of the Cohorts aid to anyone who needs it.  Major : Using renown if they are able to improve ironwood armour.  Minor : Gathering information on how the land is improving post war.

Raven Tonks Rowan Major: learn Stealth from Nasir Al'Rahka (week 3) Minor: teach Nasir Al'Rahka the art of deception (week 3) Hen Major: if enough xp, level up to 5, otherwise does some Blacksmithing to earn some coin.( at Erlady Mispera's) Minor: makes mask of copper with leather strap for Bronsun and provides aid to the people in any way she can. Hen will be paying back Galena the 55gp  off the Mask for Bronsun Theo Rendi Pixie? Hadrian Darkleaf Major: if enough xp, level up to 5, otherwise learn Thylean Cellwair from Demi (week 2) Minor: attempt to teach Demi Sidhewair (week 2) Thalia the Strong (captured by orogs-Fate being determined)

Cedrych Brightbough Major: Cedrych goes to Ber Dairas to see Elisheva. He's hoping she'll be able to put him in touch with someone who could teach proficiency with the Poisoner's Kit. Of course, he's willing to pay for both the teacher and her help in finding one. Attempt #1. Minor: Continues to train Sithric in the rogueish arts. Kazimir Volkov TBD Salazar di Fioretti TBD

Sithric Sidhefriend Sithric will continue to follow Cedrych, learning the rogueish arts from him. His bow was sorely missed on his back, but he wouldn't violate the rules set by his mentor. He will listen closely on the meetings he is involved and works especially hard on his skulking and ability to pick up details. ( Rogue multiclass, Week 2 ) Eirena Lightshadow She takes Nils to the church where she used to practice priesthood, to give her personal recommendation and request that Nils to become a Hexblade of Kirken. She assists in the ritual preparations and soon it is done; the bond between Kirken and Nils is forged and he pledges himself. Eirena feels proud of herself and will help Nils in getting used to this new power. She will also continue on her project for Savas' shield. 500 gp has been spent for a +2 masterwork shield. ( Week 2 ) Alvah, Shango, Robert TBD

Korak (Learning Midguardian Week 1) Korak learns from Darvius staying at Thinnie's place and tries to get used to all the goblins running around, though it is very obvious he is uncomfortable. He spends what free time he has casting fabricate to make playsets for the girl to use and climb/play on.  (Minor: Buying Compound bow and spring sword) Korak buys A compound Bow and Clockwork sword before leaving the margreve and has them taken back to Baruk Azhik to his king so that his best smiths can take a look at the construction of these items and possibly copy them.  Hedrin He reads the book on Weather he got awhile back from zobek city book shop.

Darvius Darvius spends more time teaching Thinnie to read. Korak wished to learn Midgardian and Darvius agreed to do so in exchange for Korak making Thinnie some more toys to play with. He also continues to study Goblin among the goblins. If he learns goblin he will start learning gnoll

Thorkell the Tall Buys himself two silver battle-axes and new gloves. Searches the Cohorts library regarding Pact Magic (How to get out of one) and ways to replace an arm with a battle-axe. Comes across the log "Crystal Dwarf" and tries to get intel, if Brognirs Crystal Dwarf is still to be found in the same region. Vincent Heron  Location:  Unknown Only time will tell if Vincent survives his capture at the hands of the Orog shaman, Lady Syndra, and now Orithar.  OCC: I plan to retire this character. However should he ever make it back to the cohort would appreciate the chance to disperse his belongings and ask a boon of the White Witch relating to a certain Nobleman with a sensitivity to wasp/bee venom - specifically for a single crossbow bolt that will allow the venom Vincent has to bypass his magic trinket which protects him from its effects.  Nils Ullstein Location:   Halls of the Cohort Arcanum, Isle of Fabrica - Poor Lifestyle (0gp) Nils spends a final week learning from Eirena and agrees to serve Cuiracaén, the patron of Battle and Conflict. He bows over his weapon each day and vows to wield it in his service. On the training yard his blows feel stronger with his dedication but he finds it hard to wield his new found abilities while carrying his sword and shield. He vows to practice this until it feels as natural as his armor. In honor of the patron he now serves Nils has his lightning emblazoned shield changed to show a sword being hit by lightning.  Major Action:  Leveling to Warlock (Hexblade) 1 if experience from session 151 allows. Minor Action:  Getting a sword being struck by lightning emblazoned on his shield.  Shou Location:  Outside of Cordies Tower near Zoebeck Shou arrives from their village deep in the Margreve seeking the fabled adventurer Cordelia Woodwytch's help in dealing with the King of Thorns. They wait patiently outside for her return. And waits. And waits. 

Orithar Trisk Handled in game.  Raven Tonks Rowan Raven has already mastered this ability to the best of her tutors knowledge. She will have to think outside of the box to continue improving.  Hadrian Darkleaf Hadrian is still struggling to master the Thylean Cellwair tongue. It will take some more time and practice.  OOC: Didn't see enough the exp to level. Phage Will spend her time to start relearning her Sylvan lessons in Mytros Cohort. Brognir Is captured by Orogs and has to fight in their fighting pits  (Sere said this is what happened during his time captured. Does not do anything this downtime.) Grian ( Possibly a new name after ritual) Possibly spending time in the Fey Wild learning how to be a Pixie and learning new Fey magic (Not sure on what to do with the downtime)

Phage Phage will need more time to learn Sylvan. Brognir Brognir is captured and fights in their pits. Grian We've handled the pixie stuff recently.
