ERROR: You do not own the Player's Handbook compendium expansion. Purchase it here or return to the Compendium.

I have purchased the PHB yet when I click on (for example) "Compendium > Backgrounds > Acolyte" I get the following error: "You do not own the Player's Handbook compendium expansion. Purchase it here or return to the Compendium."  Purchase it here is not a link to anywhere, and the page it shows is the marketplace page for the PHB, which states that I already own it...  This happens whether I am logged in as a player or as a GM.

Hi, I sent an email to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> 7 days ago and then another about 3 days ago and I still haven't heard anything back.&nbsp; Understandably, I'm sure you folks are busy with everything right now but I'd really like to get this figured out so I can use everything I purchased.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Do you see any other backgrounds? This is a weird error, because "Acolyte" is the one and only background you should see if you haven't &nbsp;purchased a Compendium. Are you using a non-supported browser (i.e. not Chrome of Firefox)? Things that shouldn't matter but you never know: Do you have more than one log in? Are you using anything other than the D&amp;D 5th Edition by Roll20 or the Shaped Sheet?
Hi,&nbsp; Thanks for your response.&nbsp; I get the same error on everything I own, all backgrounds, classes, monsters, everything...&nbsp; I'm using Chrome, only have the one login, using the D&amp;D 5th Edition by Roll20 Character sheet.&nbsp; This is everything I should have access to:

Although MToF, XGE &amp; VG1 seem to be working...
