Can't Reorder Token Actions

I have unchecked sorting Token actions alphabetically in My Settings, there are no macros in the token actions created in the Abilities menu. No matter what I do I can't grab the three little lines and reorder the token actions. OneCritWonder on YouTube was generous enough to troubleshoot and show me how it's supposed to work, but I can't make it work. I've tried it on Firefox and Chrome with the same results. Anyone else having this problem or have a solution? I'm wondering if it's some kind of conflict with browser security in pop-up windows, but that's all dragonborn to me.

The most likely culprit is that you have the sheet popped out into it's own window. A lot of things don't work in a popped out window: list reordering, drag and drop, charactermancer finalization, at the least. If this is indeed the issue, you can change the behavior in the in-game settings tab.
