I'm a newer roll20 DM thinking of adding a subscription in to use dynamic lighting.  My concern is that I live in a rural area so I have to use an aircard with a monthly data cap of 40 Gigs a month total upload/download.  I've been monitoring data usage from the games so far and have been comfortable 'budgeting' in the data usage.  One player is also on the same aircard.  If I add in dynamic lighting how significantly is that going to increase the data consumption rate?  Part of me thinks it'll be rendered by the player's computer but another part thinks it may need to up/download constantly (even with the only update on drop selected) to display the current view.  Any thoughts or help?
