If you haven't done it yet, you might want to do the quick How-To walkthroughs about the principle parts of Roll20. The GM uses the "Page Toolbar" to determine which Map (page) displays on the TableTop. This is what you want your players to see. You move the red "Players" ribbon to the map you want to show on the Table Top by dragging and dropping it onto a different page. The "right hand side" area is the right sidebar, where your journals and handouts are. Generally, the maps there are for the GM only, and most info there is shown when players discover things during the game. These aren't meant to be "shown" to players, as they are not the player maps. They're for the GM to read up on the maps and adventure.
