Hi, My players ran into this one last night, and fortunately were kind enough not to exploit it too much. It's reproducible only with FireFox (not Chrome), and we've seen it both on Windows 7 and 8. Essentially what happens is, with a largish map that has some areas dynamically lit and others not, when you are at a zoom level lower than 100% (60 or 70 seems to be a good level to see the bug), when you Pan while a dynamically lit area is visible, other areas which currently don't have lights in them become visible during the pan. When you stop panning, the lighting kicks back in and those areas become black again. This happens whether dynamic lighting is set to "only update on drop" or not. It seems that areas currently hidden by the fog of war are not affected, so a workaround is to always hide stuff using the Fog of War as well as dynamic lighting. Quick repro steps: Make a new page which is large enough that, when you're at 60% zoom, there is still room to pan around (both vertically and horizontally). Turn on dynamic lighting, but not the Fog of War. Put a background of some sort on the map so that you can tell the difference between different spots. Put a light-emitting token on one side of the map. Login to the map as a player using FireFox. Pan to the light emitting token. Set your zoom level to 60%. Either using right-click or the pan tool on the toolbar, pan away from the lit token. You'll see that unlit areas become visible while panning , and then are covered once again when you stop panning. Shown below; the image on the left is during the pan and then the image on the right is after stopping for a bit.
