How to give players unfettered view with fog of war/dynamic lighting?

I currently have my players in an arena, except it is 1v1 duels happening. Is there a way to give the players not in the arena the ability to see the whole map with dynamic lighting and fog of war still enabled for the person in the arena? I want the people not currently dueling to be able to watch the duel effectively.

Use a  Light Crumb . Just drop it into the arena with the combatants. Anyone can see inside the arena. Only characters whose tokens are outside of it, can see outside. If you need other areas revealed that the combatants can't see, but where the other players are not physically present, drop a modified crumb where everyone but the combatants has permission. But it sounds like the first will do.
