Unable to create Zendesk account

I've emailed to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> with an issue, which apparently creates a ticket in the Zendesk system. But I cannot seem to log in to or create an account on&nbsp; <a href="https://roll20.zendesk.com/" rel="nofollow">https://roll20.zendesk.com/</a> &nbsp;to view the status of my ticket. 1. When I try to log in with my Roll20 email address and password, it says "Email address / password combination is incorrect" 2. When follow the link to get a new password, after entering my email address and clicking "Submit", I never get an email. I checked my spam folder as well. 3. When I try to sign up a new account, it says "A user has already signed up with the given email."

We are not meant to be able to login or create accounts there, it's only for Roll20 admins. The language there should really be clarified to avoid this confusion.
