Hello! I have a roll20 game (first session today yay!) that I have been planning for about a week. Everything has been going really well, and most of the problems I have encountered are simply things I needed to learn once and then I am fine. However, I have had consistent trouble uploading audio to roll 20's jukebox. The track I wish to upload is 6.6 MB, and it didn't function at all, so I compressed it to 1mb, and I still have the same issue. I click the "manage audio" button in the jukebox first. A pop up window appears, and I select, "tracks". then i click on "click or upload" in the middle of that window, and I select the audio file (it is an mp3, currently compressed at 1.1MB) The file shows up in the window with the (I am assuming) loading bar blank and just sits there. The bar never fills, i never see progress, and I have left it there for hours and even over night in case it was just slow, and nothing happens. I never see the file in my library, and the upload never appears to even start. What am i missing? What am I doing wrong? What should I be trying to troubleshoot this problem?
