How can i add discord chat and healt bar to my roll20 layout?

Hi there, i was watching a campaign on twitch and i see this beatiful layout: for this, i want to ask you: how can i add that beatiful discord pop up and healtbar near them? Hello, I went a bit more in the detail of the xml file which is a html file with a vuejs app&nbsp; which fetch the informaiton from&nbsp; D&amp;D Beyond.
