Purchased Module not showing up on creation page

I accidentally purchases the DnD essentials kit standard kit when I meant to order the deluxe edition. I was able to add the module for the standard edition to a new game (before I realized my mistake) when I returned the standard and ordered the deluxe I am no longer able to add the module from the deluxe edition to my new game.

If someowhat doesn't suggest something brilliant here, try writing team@roll20.net. They might need to flip some switch behind the scenes.
I tried contacting them yesterday and right after the return and I noticed it wouldn't let me. But was hoping maybe someone had a trick that may work while i wait for a response

Did you try creating an all new game with the deluxe? I'm not sure on the full context or in the correct order?
When I got the standard refunded it deleted the game I had started with it. I then went to create a new game after purchasing the Deluxe and the module shows the cart icon when I hover over it. If I click to select it it opens the pop up window and says I own the pack...

Hmm. So you created the game with the Deluxe. The way I understand how it should work is to use the addon menu to add the modules to the Deluxe game. Is that how you are doing?
