So everything on the sheet is working except equipment. it's completely nonfunctional. this an error with all sheets and all players.

Can you describe what you mean by nonfunctional? Is Charactermancer not filling out the list? Are you expecting something to happen when you click on an item, that is not happening? Are you unable to drag items to the sheet?

I can't drag anything onto it or manually add anything. there isn't the normal little plus to do so either. It just a white block labeled equipment.

That's very odd indeed. I'd suggest working through the  guide to  Solving Technical Issues . Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Step 4 is what a Dev would be most interested in.
