Charactermancer Level + function fail

Made a Character sheet, filled in Custom Race and Custom Background, then selected Ranger Class level 1. Unleashed the Charactermancer level + 1st problem: Despite having purchased PHB & XGtE, only Monster Slayer was available as a Subclass. Luckily, that was the plan this time, but please update soon... Selected all the things without problems, accepted the changes, pressed Next... The loading bar doesn't even have a millimeter of red colour to it. I've used Roll20 for 2 years now, and have made multiple characters on the Charactermancer and successfully levelled them up with Charactermancer level + This is unprecedented. Tried to refresh. No effect. Closed everything and re-launched the Game. Character Sheet was reset to that final page before accepting the changes. Accepted, but still no loading. At a guess, there's a bug on Charactermancing characters with custom race, as I've had no such problems previously. Please test. Then, there's also the problem with missing subclass options, but I'm guessing the Ranger class simply hasn't been a priority yet. Probably unrelated, but it annoys me. Thank you for the attention. Advice would be great.
I'm having a similar issue with Level+. I am trying to create my level 20 wizard using the level+ feature for each level. Now, as a wizard, I have most of the available spells in my spellbook, so before I began the process of leveling, I added all of my known spells into my spell sheet. This has added a significant amount of lag. I proceeded to level to 2, 3, then 4. When I get the the accept step on level 4, the "Building you character" loading bar freezes at about 10%. I have tried this on 2 different computers and used Firefox and Chrome, most recent versions of both. On 1 computer it was a fresh install of Chrome so it had no extensions and no cache. I have closed the loading page and opened the character sheet again, which brings me back to step 1 for level+. I have gone through it multiple times and on the most recent attempt I waited for my spell list to fully populate on the Spells step, thinking it was taking so long because it's loading all the information. Still stuck. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I have an up and coming cleric and druid that as I level I'll be adding all the spells they can memorize to the spell tab so I don't have to go looking for them each time. Will they encounter the same issue? Is it even related to the spell list?
