Art library organization and management

Right now, this system doesn't feel intuitive at all. Do away with the recent uploads, upload to a specific folder. The ability to click and move items into folders/different folders. The out of game library system is a good start (apparently not being maintained) Having folder access there for drag and drop would be great.
