Not loading on firefox

I'm having problems running roll 20 on my laptop. I'm not able to load into a game. It works in chrome but not firefox. I've tried resetting all the settings in firefox. I've used it on my desktop recently without issues. Web Browse : Firefox Browser Version: 75.0 Operating System : Arch Linux If Javascript is enabled : as far as I can tell it's on by default Your anti-virus software : na List of any browser add-ons or extensions enabled : I have tried with all add-ons disabled Additional info : I'm running Linux 5.5.18-1-ck-core2 on arch linux on a thinkpad 200 (I know it's old but it's the best laptop I have)

You might want to look at this post to see if it is what is affecting you: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8426341/stuck-on-loading-screen-dot-dot-dot/?pageforid=8508843#post-8508843 Edit: And also 2 posts down from that in the same thread...
It might be related but I can't seem to get any of the proposed solutions to work.
You tried Chrome?

Got same problem on Arch linux with Firefox, Falkon, Midori, Chromium and " firefox-developer-edition " ... v_v" I will use a live-usb just for roll20. Edit : I disable my "pi-hole" and all work fine !
What is pi-hole, how is it accessed? How can it be disabled?
Gene S. said: What is pi-hole, how is it accessed? How can it be disabled? pi-hole is a hardware network level ad-blocker. you log into the admin page and you can whitelist or disable the pi-hole. i just tried disabling my pi-hole and it worked on Chrome, firefox, and MS edge (chromium) and now i can actually get into my game. i tried to whitelist the roll 20 net and sub net but that did not work, only disabling the pi-hole completely worked. this only started today so i am not sure what ad service they are using that i need to whitelist now. hopefully the dev team will reply to my ticket and give me the address to add to my whitelist.
For those who fixed this issue, how did you do it? A line by line what to do to make this work, then I will be happy. I used to program in COBOL and a little in VB6.0, I am not an expert on web pages or web security. Assume I know nothing and talk me through the repair procedure.
