The Sunless Citidel Bug

I installed The Sunless Citadel as it is free during the 'stay at home, play at home'. When I launched the game nothing appeared, there is nothing in the game.  Also, Forge of Fury is also listed as needing to pay even though it is free until May 21st. Can someone please help me?

How are you installing them? Are you installing them as addons? Describe your steps and we'll see if we can't figure out where the disconnect is.

I went to the market place, clicked on Sunless Citidel, and clicked 'FREE GAME ADDON'. It opened up in 'My Games' and I clicked Launch. When it opened there was no map, no tokens, or anything. It was just a blank canvas.  I did the same likewise with Forge of Fury and it also has nothing but a blank canvas. Help, please.

The buttons are a little misleading. Once you have created a game (don't forget to select a character sheet, I recommend the D&D 5th Edition by Roll20 sheet), you need to actually add the content. Sunless Citadel is an add-on. Modules are chosen at game creation time. Addons , being a bit smaller are added to an existing game. Once you are on the home page of your newly created game, you will see a flip down menu for addon content. Add the Sunless Citadel there, wait a minute for the game to add the materials and then launch. You should be good to go.
Thank you. It worked perfectly.  Is there a way that I can make an import a character sheet into the game, other than the Charactermancer. It would also be nice to know if there is a way to the level of a character sheet quickly without making all the edits, I can't find a way to increase proficiency on the D & D roll20 sheet. Thanks.

You can edit a sheet manually, if you would prefer not to use the charactermancer. Also, all modules (not sure about addons) come with All Access Character Vault . If you want to add levels to the core class, click the gear icon in the header where your levels are displayed. You can add multiclass levels on the settings page in the leftmost column. You can set a variant proficiency bonus on the settings tab as well, if you'd prefer not to let it progress normally by level.
Thanks. It appears that I can import characters into My Vault but not export them unless I have a subscription. As well as making them from scratch. Is that true?

Almost. The game's creator must have a subscription in order to allow exporting into their game. The players may be at any level of user. All subscribers may export to any game provided Vault Access is turned on. In this case, I do not believe the creator needs a subscription, they just need to give permission. Selected Marketplace modules allow Character Vault exporting as well, regardless of anyone's subscription level. More info . Addendum: Anyone can make a character from scratch in their own game. In someone else's game, unless you have GM privileges, the GM must create a character for you, which you may then fill out however you wish.
Ok. To the game I wish to export a character it says, "This Game Has Limited Vault Acess." I don't have any games that say I have "All Acess Vault." The only way I can see having a game that allows that is if I have a subscription or buy a special game in the marketplace. I understand that only the GM needs a subscription in order to export a character sheet into a game. Is having a subscription the only way?

Judging by the wiki info... The level of a game is determined by the subscription level of the game's creator account. If the game creator does not have a subscription, the game will have the default Limited Vault level. If the game creator has a subscription, the game will have an All Access Vault level. ... it sounds like the creator of the game does not have a subscription, but has allowed those with a subscription to vault in a character. So yes, in order to vault into that game, one of you would need to have a subscription.
ok. Thanks.
