Single use macros possible in chat?

Is there any way to make it so a macro i place in the chat is single use? I made a rollable table for loot and made a macro to randomly roll for loot and coin and nested that into another macro creating a search option in the chat that the players can then use and select a target to search. Is there any way to make it so the chat button is only usable for 1 click? first macro titled (Common-Loot) linked to tables &{template:5eDefault} {{title=Search}} {{/me}}} {{save=1}} {{subheader2=on @{target|token_name}}} /me finds /r 2t[Items] /r 1t[Copper] /r 1t[Silver] /r 1t[Gold] Second macro creating search button in chat [Search](!
#Common-Loot) This is one of my first macros with lots of parts borrowed so go easy on me. Just wondering if its possible. Any help is appreciated

This is something that would require the API, a pro subscriber perk.  There isn't a way for macros to make any changes to the state of the game (with the minor exception of adding tokens to the turn order)
