IPAD - No SOUND being heard.

I posted this in the PRO boards, but there was no response. I hope to have better luck here. ___________________________ One of my players wants to use her iPad to play. Video, no issue. BUT, she has no sound. Cannot hear the music playing in the background from Jukebox, or anything else. She has a free account. She tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Any ideas on this? OR, is this not as yet, supported? Thanks!
