Lost Mine Issue With Many NPCs' Stats

Hi All! I am currently running the Lost Mine of Phandelver module, however after the first session I have now noticed that there is a big issue with quite a lot of the NPCs' stats, in that the modifier (and their saving throws) are set to (0) no matter what the value of the corresponding ability is, as per the snippets below:           The affected monsters (and all the tokens of the specific monster) are: Giant Spider; Grick; Goblin; Hobgoblin; Ochre Jelly; Ogre; Orc; Owlbear; Stirge; Twig Blight. I have also checked on my other games and when dragged from the compendium onto the map the stats of these monsters seem perfectly fine. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
I am seeing the same problem with some monsters displaying and using mods of 0 in this module. My affected list is a subset of yours: Giant Spider; Grick; Ochre Jelly; Ogre; Orc; Stirge. Incorrect on 2 different computers, one Windows 10 with the most up-to-date version of Firefox and one Linux with up-to-date Firefox and Chrome. It is incorrect on both Firefox and Chrome. Loaded a separate testing instance of the game and it experiences the same issue. Unfortunately I did not notice the Orc and Ogre until after the Wyvern Tor quest. Would have been a lot harder on the PCs if the monsters were hitting and saving correctly. I have checked the ability mod values in the Attributes tab and these are correct, for example, the Orc's npcd_str_mod is shown as (+3), but on the Orc's character sheet, displays as (0) and is included in the Atk and Dmg rolls as 0. Does anybody know how to, at least temporarily, work around this issue? I have not been able to determine a way to edit the monster's character sheets and changing the Attributes makes no difference. It looks like it might be back to index cards for these monsters.

I figured out a workaround for this in order to get the mods correct. In the Journal, open the character displaying the incorrect ability mods and click on the Character Sheet tab. When you hover over any part of the stats block, a Settings icon (gear) shows up in the upper right corner. Click that. Systematically reduce by 1 each of the 6 attributes (Str,Dex,etc). Click the gear to close. Click the gear again. Systematically increase by 1 each of the 6 attributes (Str,Dex,etc). Click the gear to close. The ability mods should now be correct. If you click on a weapon attack for that monster and you receive the message "No attribute was found for @{Ogre|attack_display_flag}" in the chat window, you will need do a similar thing for each attack for that monster. Open the attack, change something, close, open, and change to the original value and close. Hope this helps.
Hey, Thanks for this, I have actually found another workaround (a bit more exhausting, though). I have deleted all of the affected characters from the journal, then brought them back from the compendium and manually re-linked every specific token to the new character sheet, and now it works perfectly fine. Furthermore, I am currently using a macro to calculate the experience, as I have had to make a few changes, and I have noticed that it doesn't work for ANY of the tokens linked to the original character sheets (not even the one that display the abilities correctly), so I am now going to have to do the same thing (delete, drag from compendium, re-link) for all the tokens in the game that I plan on using on a grid.

The quickest way to fix them all is to drag the monster from the compedium over the top of the stat block. However Twig Blight is missing from the SRD compendium (Monster Manual only by the looks of it) so that one will have to be manually fixed using Ian G's method above if you don't own the Monster Manual.
I am having the same issue with Against the Giants add-on from Tales of the Yawning Portal.
