Using Mac OS X 10.14.6 and Chrome browser Version 81.0.4044.113 (Official Build) (64-bit). If I draw objects, I cannot select them directly by clicking them with the Select Tool (the arrow). Instead, I have to click-and-drag to do an "area select" however this has two problems: it can select multiple items; it can result in background items (like maps if the actual target object was on the map layer) being inadvertently moved. My workaround is to send maps to the GM layer while I area-select the desired item and make changes to it and then go to the GM layer reselect the map and send it to the map layer. That's pretty cumbersome. Can anyone help? Thanks.
