Character Tokens

Before I upgraded to premium I was able to drag my players character tokens from the journal directly onto the map. But now my players can't see their tokens when i do it that way. They can only see them now when I drag the tokens from the art gallery. Any thoughts?

Tokens should be dragged from the journal tab. If this does not work, then check: That the character has edit & control permissions for the player  That a default token has been assigned to the character That the default token represents the character. (This is most likely the issue. Drag it to the table and then check its "Represents" field) Dragging a token from the art gallery would only create an image, which players would by default have no control over.
