Upgrade In Progress

"Upgrade In Progress We're doing a little spring cleaning to optimize your game. Please wait... Please do not press the back button or close this window." I am getting the above error message. It does not appear to be processing. Any official advice?

Where do you get this error message? In the campaign menu(before you enter the game)? On your character sheet? Text chat? (A screenshot would be helpful) How long have this persisted? Is this only happening with one game? What's the exact name of the Campaign this is happening in? (If you tell the exact name of the affected game, Roll20 developers could go into the game, and see if they can find the issue) Is the game created with a marketplace module, or does it use addons ? If so, mention them. Is your game using API Scripts?

I first tried last night, shortly before posting my question, and the system is still showing the error. I did not close or back out at any point last night. If so, mention them. No. All of my assets are personally built. Is your game using API Scripts? I use no API scripts that I am aware. Only Macros.

I just randomly clicked on another Shadowrun game from around the same time and it too has the error. It COULD be an issue with the Shadowrun character sheets used? They are older and may no longer be supported?

Honestly, I don't remember which sheet, and since I can't access, I can't see. My main issue is the maps and other information I wanted to recover. All my other games appear to work. Which is why I fear it has something to do with the older Shadowrun sheets conflicting with some of the newer updates. But, since that sheet is likely unavailable, I really can't verify. Hell, if someone could go in and just turn of the "style character sheets" so I could get back in, I'd be fine with that. It's the maps and log I need.

Update, I went into the sheets and found that I was using the default. Just as a test, I changed to an "updated" sheet that works with the new Roll20. Nothing. Still locked out.

You can see what character sheet your game is using from your game's info page, so there's no need to enter the game. Go to My Games on the menu above, and click the name of the game in question. Once there, click the Settings button, and click Game Settings in the dropdown menu. The Game Settings page will show what sheet you are using. You could try picking a different sheet here, too, but changing sheets mid-game may have bad effects on your PC and NPC data, and you may have to manually re-build every character. I would recommend making a copy of the game and testing on the copy first.

Done and done. No dice. For whatever reason, I cannot access this one game.
