Very slow API performance

I'm new the world of Roll20 APIs and I have installed a fair few, and I'm a big fan of all of them all. BUT I have found their performance getting worse. As in when I run Concentration or Group initiative, or turn on a status token with Combat Master it either takes between 5-30 seconds to respond, or nothing happens at all. The performance drops happen randomly i.e. they work fine for a minute or so then suddenly stop responding. I'll go back and restart the API library and the scripts might work for a bit but then they will fail again. It seems to be all the scripts that I have installed stop working. Default Roll20 chat and character sheets functions seem to work fine. I understand that the issue could be complex but I was wondering if there's anything obvious I might be doing wrong? Or some way I could debug it? These are the APIs I have installed:

There have been multiple other threads reporting this for more than 2 weeks. All reports were from Roll20 Subscribers. It is (negatively) affecting (game play macros for) many of the Players in Pro games that use API. Here are some other current threads about it: <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8404492/slow-responses" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8404492/slow-responses</a> <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8528807/api-scripts-running-very-slow-over-last-week" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8528807/api-scripts-running-very-slow-over-last-week</a>
Thanks for the info! At least I know it's more system wide and not my particular scripts.
Its actually caused by Advanced Fog of War, and its been affecting Roll20 since they released the "New Light" update. I tracked it down on this thread...&nbsp;<a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/permalink/8549297/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/permalink/8549297/</a>
I don't use Advanced Fog of War.&nbsp; All my APIs have been really slow, sometimes not responding at all,&nbsp; for the past month.&nbsp; I'm using the same APIs I've used the past two years.&nbsp; Never had problems before this past month.
