API Sandbox Not Working

API Scripts saying API Sandbox shutdown due to campaign inactivity.  Cannot be restarted.  Scripts worked fine last session.

It says this even while the game is open and running?
Yes, I have five players in it right now and it's not working.

Same for me on a test game.
Same for me on my main Campain I was currently working on.
I Meant the API console reads: Restarting sandbox due to script changes... and then nothing
Mine won't even attempt to restart - clicking the button does nothing. I just eternally have this: TypeError: Cannot read property 'body' of undefined TypeError: Cannot read property 'body' of undefined     at Request._callback (/home/node/d20-api-server/api.js:494:27)     at self.callback (/home/node/d20-api-server/node_modules/request/request.js:185:22)     at emitOne (events.js:96:13)     at Request.emit (events.js:191:7)     at Request.onRequestError (/home/node/d20-api-server/node_modules/request/request.js:877:8)     at emitOne (events.js:96:13)     at ClientRequest.emit (events.js:191:7)     at TLSSocket.socketErrorListener (_http_client.js:358:9)     at emitOne (events.js:96:13)     at TLSSocket.emit (events.js:191:7)
Hey folks - We’re currently investigating an issue with the API. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve.
Thanks.  I'm seeing the same issue with the button not doing anything.
docker: Error response from daemon: failed to create endpoint campaign-6520075-4E5JvpTtKZ6kjWB07eg6uA on network bridge: adding interface veth394b8eb to bridge docker0 failed: exchange full.
Hey folks -  Some of your API instances will be down for a bit while we work to resolve. Thank you again for your patience.

Seems to work in some games, but not others.  Error from one of my games where the api isn't functional: docker: Error response from daemon: failed to create endpoint campaign-4870911-LGfirEsroaTFLyOc8C_o-Q on network bridge: adding interface vethb53cc9d to bridge docker0 failed: exchange full. Edit:  Thanks Nicholas!
I've the same issue, been waiting to start the use of this API's for days. Does anyone know how much time it usually takes to fix it?
As I have said in a previous post, between 6 to 12 hours, depending if they decide to simply reboot their virtualization or they decide to investigate. Don't get your hopes up.

Raul - Tiberiu I. said: As I have said in a previous post, between 6 to 12 hours, depending if they decide to simply reboot their virtualization or they decide to investigate. Don't get your hopes up. Uh, they are investigating.  Since this isn't affecting all games, I doubt it is going to be that big of a deal.
Hey folks -  Would you mind providing me links to the games that have experienced the issue, please? We've put out a tentative fix, but want to confirm it's working. Thank you!

As far as I know, this was the only one of mine that was down, but it is operational now: <a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/4870911/palladium-base-public" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/4870911/palladium-base-public</a>

Hey all -&nbsp; API for games will be down temporarily again so we can push out an additional fix for this issue. Thanks again for your patience!
Temporarily, meaning ... 6 hours? 12 hours? 24 hours? Come now Nicholas, you can do better.
<a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/5833256/paths-of-amber" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/5833256/paths-of-amber</a> Here is another game link if required Nicholas. Thanks for getting on it :D
I mistakenly created another thread about this topic, so just jumping in to apologize and paste in the error code I received in case that helps. Your scripts are currently disabled due to an error that was detected. Please make appropriate changes to your scripts and click the "Save Script" button and we'll attempt to start running them again.&nbsp; More info... For reference, the error message generated was:&nbsp; docker: Error response from daemon: failed to create endpoint campaign-7001080-zTk0fS0QFHA9I1Wu8hSn2w on network bridge: adding interface veth0d78bb6 to bridge docker0 failed: exchange full.
Hey folks -&nbsp; The API for all games should be back up. Can you check your games again to see if the issue is resolved for you, please? When doing so, please make sure to restart your sandbox. Thank you!
She lives! The Sandbox fired up no issue and it looks like everything is back up and running! Thanks for being so quick with it. Definitely shorter than 6 hours ;)
Thank you Nicholas!&nbsp; And please send the community regards to a job well done.&nbsp; A note though: this situation shows that Roll20 infrastructure has been measured, weighed and found lacking. Please consider adding scalability to the list of things that Roll20 needs to be prepared in the future. Also, considering that API's are instanced to each game and may have certain functional limits, it would be nice to let us know what are those limits and what is the impact of each script on the bandwidth, communication and overall latency. Otherwise, keep up the good work and don't let the higher ups from the management screw this over.

When doing so, please make sure to restart your sandbox. Thank you! What do we do if we still see issues with the API in our games? I have two games that hang when I restart the API sandbox. Both give messages that say "Previous shutdown complete, starting up..." but never go further.

Are you logged into your game in another tab/window when you restart the sandbox?&nbsp; The sandbox doesn't actually run unless the game is active.
No, I even logged out of Roll20 and shutdown down Chrome to make sure. Still seeing the issue on two different games. Can confirm that API sandbox restarts, and that scripts work in game (well, mostly since I had to manually control doors and that breaks some linked items).&nbsp; Too late for this week, but hopefully we we'll have better luck next week. Thanks.&nbsp;

I launched the game and it does indeed work now. Thanks.
I started a Roll20 session 7 hours ago (after the fix mentioned above).&nbsp; During the 3 hour session we had significant API delays, including the "no response" that Keith reported where nothing happens but the Sandbox doesn't crash.&nbsp; One player was getting the "Page Not Found" error others have reported (first time for us). For over a month we've had similar issues and have waited patiently while Roll20 has said "we're looking into this".&nbsp; It is as bad now as it was when it started 1 month ago.&nbsp; Please place this at a higher priority to get it corrected.&nbsp; You should be providing us regular communications about what you are finding and what actions you are taking to correct this issue. Thank you to each of the Roll20 folks who I'm guessing are busting their hump to get things working the way they traditionally have worked.&nbsp; Just asking for more transparency on this issue!
Same crap last night, long response times for API scripts, sometimes over 30 seconds for things that normally are instant. Pro Users are paying for the API, get it working...PLEASE!
My API do seem to be working, but my next session (with 6 players) isn't until Thursday evening--I'll see if there are any slowdowns or lag then, and will let you know.
I have also had some of these errors. API is very slow and for some reason last game I play the Int was not posting to the turn tracker. Some would show then we had to add the others manually. This was April 25th. Hopeful next game will be better. Will let you know.
Throwing my hat into the ring of API issues. Have been periodically getting the following message: For reference, the error message generated was:&nbsp; docker: Error response from daemon: failed to create endpoint campaign-6955624-XC6QNT-Ods9N1O0zarGNYg on network bridge: adding interface veth8eb1015 to bridge docker0 failed: exchange full. Tried restarting the API, it just sits at this level and does nothing else:
I'm now suffering the same issue... "docker: Error response from daemon: failed to create endpoint campaign-5707927-nqdnfnaffMnUf9RPIZEp7A on network bridge: adding interface veth4be63fe to bridge docker0 failed: exchange full."

Same as of today.&nbsp;API sandbox shutdown due to campaign inactivity. Nothing happens when the Restart API Sandbox button is pressed. Worked with delays on Friday.
The API is not working. The sandbox says&nbsp; API sandbox shutdown due to campaign inactivity. But I am in the current game
Don't know if my bug is related, but I get (just now) docker: Cannot connect to the Docker daemon. Is the docker daemon running on this host?. See 'docker run --help'.
Restarting does not do anything, I only see "API sandbox shutdown due to campaign inactivity."
Same issue here for me, a docker issue here. It is amazing that you get a docker issue up to the Front-end and the end users!!! :)&nbsp; docker: Error response from daemon: failed to create endpoint campaign-7241458-8h7GSa79J79i16GMfhp0Wg on network bridge: adding interface vethc8ce7fe to bridge docker0 failed: exchange full. And Restart API Sandbox doesn't do anything...

API issue not fixed as of 1700 GMT.
Hey all -&nbsp; We're currently investigating a recent issue with the API. However, to keep things consolidated, we would ask that you please direct any further communications regarding the problem to this thread here . As such, I'm going to be closing this post. Thank you!
