[DnD 5thEd] Help my players cant see the map

Hi, I desperately need help. Midway playing through a map using the essentials kit the players stopped being able to see the map we were on. They can still see tokens and drawings on the page but the base image of the map is gone and I have no idea how to get it back. Can anyone help me, I honestly do not want to have to make a new game to solve the issue. Thanks in advance.

Do you still see the map? If so, it is possible you accidentally moved it to the GM Info Layer. Switch to the GM Info Layer, right-click the map, then click Layer on the pop-up menu, then click Map Layer.

Holy smokes you are an angel. Thank you so much that worked. I honestly thought I had tried everything. It disappeared so quickly midgame that none of us had any idea what had happened.
