Character sheet on Tokens

How do I open the character sheet for tokens, I've tried doing shift and double click but all I get is the basic or advanced options. I'm trying to do a script where when I bring out a token it's numbered, but I can't seem to open the character sheet to edit it.

You are showing up as a free user, and don't have access to the api without a pro subscription.  However, if I am thinking of the correct script, you first need to edit the token to have the correct token name.  That is through the cog on a selected token.  After you have set up the name for the script to recognize, then you go to the sheet (any tab) and there should be an "Edit" button in the upper right corner.  Hit that and it will get you to where you can delete the old default token and resave it with the new default settings.

I think I understand the issue. Some things to try: On the token interface (which you seem to be able to open), verify that it is indeed linked to a sheet. You can try Alt-double click to get to the sheet, if Shift is not working. You can also just double click the sheet in the Journal tab.

Keith nailed it.. this happened to me late one night recently.  I was ready to rip my hair out because I thought alt + double-click wasn't working then I realized that the token wasn't linked to the character sheet.  So, if you shift + double-click or alt + double-click and all it does is open token settings, immediately look at who it says that token is assigned to, It's likely nobody.  Also, if you end up going plus to gain the functionality your talking about, TokenNameNumber already does exactly what you're looking to do.
Thanks peeps!
